The holiday home had a washing machine, dishwasher and oven, making it easy for me to cook and clean during my stay. It felt like having my very own personal chef and maid! The property had stunning river views, which provided a picturesque backdrop during my stay. It was like waking up to a beautiful painting every morning.

We booked fairly last minute for a weekend break. The house is beautiful, spacious, and clean. The hosts were friendly and took excellent care of us. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed, and there were menus provided for takeaways. The bedrooms are lovely and spacious, and there are toys and games for children. The beach is a short walk away. a great location with fabulous beaches, and we would definitely rebook.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a 2-minute walk to the sea. It was great to be able to take long walks along the beach and enjoy the beautiful scenery. the owner of the property was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues that we encountered, which was greatly appreciated.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that could use improvement. the beds were not very comfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I had such a wonderful stay at this fabulous house! The space and number of bedrooms were perfect for our group. We were pleasantly surprised to find a box of toys and a baby bouncer, which were invaluable for the little ones. Plus, there were plenty of games and buckets available for us to use. The location itself was lovely, with a rocky beach just a short distance away, as well as a fantastic chippy and a cozy pub nearby. The house was spotless and the communication with Rachel was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to visit again!

The house was perfect, a home from home. Very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. the beds were comfortable and the proximity to the rail line and expressway didn't disturb us. the cycle path to Llandudno was a bonus. the host was nice and provided great communication.

We had a wonderful stay at the seaview retreat. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The house was spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. We loved the riverside walks and the coastal path for the kids to ride their bikes. Rachel, the host, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing us to access the property early on our arrival day. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as the lack of a front gate for the dogs and some uncomfortable mattresses, we enjoyed our time and would definitely visit again. we highly recommend this cozy retreat for a relaxing getaway.
